HR business partner DACH and eastern European region (based in Delft)
Exact is actively seeking an HR Business partner for its Germany, Austria and Switzerland region and Eastern Europe businesses. This position will be based at our corporate HQ in Delft, The Netherlands.
The focus in this role will be on our German market and therefore we are looking for a native German speaker with up to date knowledge as well as operational and hands on HR experience in Germany.

Job Description:

* You will report to the Human Resources Manager for EMEA
* Close Cooperation with Human Resources Department for EMEA and also Corporate
* Give support and guidance to Senior Management and employees at different international locations in all affairs concerning employees and legal advice with focus on Germany
* Handling of complex Human Resources Procedures in consideration of respective legal requirements
* Targeted recruitment and selection of new employees
* Conduct employee meetings concerning personnel issues
* Constructive and trustful cooperation with works council
* Contribute to national and international HR Projects as well as implement international policies and procedures at the local entities
* Develop creative ideas for further training possibilities on a local level

Your professional background:

* bachelor's degree in economic business-management studies with focus on human resources management or equivalent qualification
* two years to 5 years relevant work experience in HR
* up to date knowledge of labor legislation for individual and collective agreements
* advanced English skills
* advanced computer literacy (Microsoft products)
* user skills in HR-Software are beneficial
