Today's world is all about online and real time service to customers as well as employees.
Exact operates an advanced employee and manager self service portal. The HR service desk delivers high quality on and offline services to all exact employees around the globe through the portal.
The Service Desk is currently in the process of developing new quality standards and operations as well as developing best practices to help employees around the world to serve our customers.
In order to help us developing the highest possible standard of service we are looking for content knowledge experts who have a passion for delivering high quality of service and care for the company's most valuable asset: the people.
If you have experience in working in an International HR shared Service environment as a service delivery employee, you like to work in a fast paced international team of service delivery experts you should definitely contact us. As HR Service Desk Employee you execute and assist managers and employees in all HR administrative activities.

Job requirements

* MBO education
* Experience working in an International HR Shared Service center
* Passion for service and care
* Be able to work independently and result driven
* Be able to handle confidential information accurately
* Fluent in English spoken and writen and ideally one other foreign language
* Sensitive to cultural differences
* Preferable experience of living abroad
* Teamplayer
