International HR Manager
Salaris: Euro 80.000 - 95.000
Job purpose:HR Manager advises line management on personnel practices issues. Liaises with line management monitoring a wide range of HR tasks such as organisational design & change, recruitment and selection (employees and contractors), performance management, remuneration, compensation and benefits, health and safety, employee relations, training and development and job content and -evaluation. Job profile:

* Bachelor/Master degree in relevant discipline (e.g. human resources management, psychology, labour law)
* minimum of 8 years HR experience in commercial environment, of which at least two years in an international setting
* comes from a professional environment: high end technology, pharma, biotech, high end service industry
* achieved results in a growing environment, familiar with processes of international staffing, recruitment and retention
* proven project management skills
* fluent in English both spoken and written
